Tranzfers iPod Bonanza - Terms & Conditions

By using this service to get quotes or negotiate transactions through OzForex and its partner companies it is assumed that fully accept and agree to the Terms and Conditions set forth in this document. These Terms & Conditions also state that by signing up, you are certifying you have read and understand our Terms & Conditions as well as our Privacy Policy. Furthermore, you are agreeing to the contents and conditions listed in each.

OzForex reserves the right to change its Terms & Conditions at any time, for any reason, without notice. We also reserve the right to change the methods through which free items are earned. This may include, but is not limited to, increasing the number of friends you have to refer or adding more steps to confirm that you have a legitimate account. We may also add or remove any product listed as an incentive at any time. If we replace a product, the new product may not be of equal value.

For our "Refer a friend" - program, we reserve the right to withdraw or change values of products or offers at any time, for any reason. For referral-based gifts we reserve the right to change the approval requirements necessary to receive a free item, including but not limited to increasing the number of friends required to get approved.

Your Information
You will at all times ensure that the information you have provided in the OzForex payments system is accurate and up to date. All fields that are marked as required must contain valid information. Attempts to mislead or misrepresent your information or information associated with your payees will be reported to the relevant authorities and lead to the immediate denial of access to the OzForex website and OzForex services.

User Accounts.
Individual users may not create multiple accounts within our transfer services. However if you are a registered user of one OzForex site, you can request to be changed over to another OzForex brand without having to re-supply ID verification documents.

Furthermore, users are allowed to create a unique account with each OzForex brand as the services have slightly different features. Any accounts found to be fraudulent or which violate these Terms and Conditions will be placed on hold.

A user may not use another person's name or information to register on OzForex websites. For example, one person may not join the site for another person, or complete transfers on another person's account.

Refer a friend credits cannot be transferred between accounts.

Security
Each user is personally responsible for maintaining the security of his or her account. A user should not share his or her account information and is responsible for keeping his or her password confidential. OzForex is not liable for any losses incurred through the access of your account by a third party or the disclosure of your password or account.

Any user who has his or her account placed on hold may not create another account on any of the OzForex websites.

Any unauthorized use or entry ("hacking") into an OzForex website is illegal and is punishable by law. The slightest violation of any law will provide sufficient impetus for us to prosecute the offender to the fullest extent of that law.

Banking
To use this service you must have a bank account from which you will pay OzForex or its affiliates any monies owed as a result of transactions completed through the OzForex website. OzForex does not accept cash into its accounts and does not accept bank, company or personal cheques.

Privacy
You agree that by using this service you authorise OzForex and its Partners to pass on information to regulatory authorities as required by law. You contact information will not be sold to third parties.

Conversion of funds
OzForex endeavours to ensure that customers can convert funds 24 hour per day during foreign exchange market opening times which are from 8am Sydney time on Monday to 5pm Friday New York time. However on occasion the system may not allow conversions due to technical problems and OzForex takes no responsibility for adverse exchange rate movements that occur during these outages.

Cleared Funds
OzForex will only allow customers to convert once cleared funds have been received from clients. OzForex will under no conditions pay out customer funds until cleared funds have been received from customers.

Payment of Funds
Upon conversion, OzForex will endeavour to pay client funds to the nominated beneficiary using the account details provided. Should this payment be returned due to incorrect account details or of the like, OzForex accepts no responsibility for any fees taken out or any loss of Interest during this period.

Identification Identification is required so we can meet Anti-Money Laundering law. OzForex collects identification from customers prior to paying out the proceeds of a client's transfer. In general we collect identification in the form of a copy of a passport/drivers license and a signed bank statement (where the funds are coming from) showing your current residential address. If the bank statement does not show your current residential address please provide a utilities bill not older than 3 months that confirms your address. If the address you are staying at is different from the one listed on your identification documents advise us by email and we will note both.

REFER A FRIEND OFFERS

Completion of Offers
In order to receive proper credit for a friend referred, a user must make sure that his or her friend registers using the link in their "Refer a friend" email. This in order for the friend to be allocated to the user's "Referred Friends"-list and be counted towards free gifts.

Referred users must be new to OzForex services and not have registered for or used any of OzForex services before.

Failure to be credited for an offer
OzForex does not guarantee that a user will receive credit for friends referred. We reserve the right to refuse crediting a user for offer completion for a variety of reasons, including, but not limited to, lack of appropriate information, improper sign-up method, improper browser settings, and/or use of fraudulent accounts.

We are not responsible for delays in reporting offer completion or failure to receive offer credit. The time it takes to receive referral gift varies greatly.

If a user believes that they have fully completed an offer and yet, has not been credited, the user should once again make sure that they have in fact met all of the requirements stipulated by the OzForex and should verify that he or she has waited the appropriate amount of time for offer completion to be verified by OzForex. If the user confirms that they have performed all of the necessary actions, and have waited a sufficiently appropriate period of time, he or she should contact us via our customer service via email ipod@ozforex.com.au or telephone +61 2 8667 8096. The user should note, however, that OzForex reserves the right to deny credit for an offer.

Eligibility for receiving a "Refer a friend" gift
OzForex Tranzfers users must do the following to be eligible to get approval to receive their free "Refer a friend" gift:

  • Be an active user of www.tranzfers.com and have made at least one complete funds transfer on the site
  • Have at least three [3] (iPod Shuffle), six [6] (iPod Nano), ten [10] (iPod Classic) or fifteen [15] (iPod Touch) unique people join www.tranzfers.com after February 11, 2005 and each complete at least one funds transfer on the site
  • In order to connect these referrals to the original user, we issue this user a unique link to our offer site, which they must then distribute to the intended parties. Thus, the user is entirely responsible for all communications regarding our offer sites. At no point during the offer process does OzForex send out any communications on the user's behalf to encourage such signups to occur
  • Once a prize has been claimed the points used to claim it are void

A user may refer more than fifteen [15] referrals, but may not earn more than one free gift with their account. Any additional referrals will not automatically result in any additional free gifts which will be allocated at OzForex's discretion.

We will only give out credit for referrals who join by clicking on your referral link code. Anyone who does not click this URL or type it into their web browser exactly cannot be tracked, and thus, cannot be connected to the user's account. Note that some applications can remove the tracking part of this URL. Users assume the risk of not getting credit for some referrals when using our site(s).

DELIVERY OF GIFTS

After a user completes the steps required to receive a "Refer a friend" gift, OzForex will take measures to ensure that the user receives the gift within a reasonable amount of time. Delivery times for each country vary, but most gifts are received within 30 days from completing the "Refer a friend"-program.

On occasion, products may be back ordered or discontinued from our supplier or their manufacturer. In cases involving backordered products, products will ship as soon as they are made available. In cases involving discontinued products, we reserve the right to substitute with a gift of our choice.

After a user receives a product, if we determine that he or she fraudulently completed the requirements, we have the right to take legal action against the user.

All gifts are mailed to the address provided by the user at the time the user completes the "Refer a friend"-program. It is a user's responsibility to verify that the address provided is correct. OzForex is not responsible for lost orders stemming from incorrect shipping addresses, theft, or erroneous deliveries. In the event that a situation arises necessitating package forwarding, OzForex is in no way responsible for ensuring delivery.

If a user has received multiple gifts at a shipping address, OzForex has the right, at any time, to refuse future delivery to that address.

If a product is found to be defective, the user should consult the warranty information included with his or her free gift. We are not responsible for the repair or replacement of defective products. Please contact the relevant company for questions about damaged or defective products you receive.

REFFERALS

Referral Fraud OzForex reserves the right to screen all referrals for signs of fraud. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to determine which referrals are fraudulent, and to not disclose the reasoning behind this decision.

If suspicion of fraud is found, the user may have his or her account placed on "hold" and would be unable to obtain any free "Refer a friend" gift.

Common Reasons for Being Placed on Hold

  • Multiple accounts
  • Fraudulent referrals
  • Posting your referral link in places where it is not welcome, or spamming your referral link online in any capacity is strictly prohibited. If we see or receive complaints about your referral methods that we deem risky, we may place your account or accounts on hold
  • Any other reason or a combination of reasons at the sole discretion of OzForex

Additional terms regarding "hold" status We reserve the right to place a user's account on hold at any time.

We are not responsible for notifying a user about his or her account being placed on hold.

If an account on any OzForex website is placed on hold, all other accounts across all OzForex websites created by that individual may be placed on hold as well. Moreover, all transfers from any account created or connected to this individual may be frozen until the issue has been resolved.

A user who has had his or her account placed on hold may not create another account on any OzForex website.

A user's account will be on hold indefinitely. Holds do not expire, they can only be re-activated by OzForex.

A user may not receive any reimbursement for referrals made prior to being placed on hold.

If a user feels that he or she has been placed on hold in error (i.e. has not acted against the terms of OzForex), he or she may contact us via email reactivate@ozforex.com.au

We reserve the right to place a user's account on hold after they have completed the "Refer a friend"-program, and even after ordering and receiving their free "Refer a friend" gift. We also hold the right to follow up legally on fraudulent activities.
