New Tranzfer

Before you enter a new Tranzfers make sure that you have saved the details about the account that you are sending the funds to. To learn how to do this click here.

To enter a new Tranzfers:

  1. Select the Currency and the Amount that you wish to Tranzfers.
  2. Select the Currency you wish to exchange this for.
  3. Select how many accounts you will be transferring the funds into.
  4. Lastly, you have the option of selecting when your funds will be Converted.
    • If you select Automatically, we will convert your funds and pay them into the receiving account as soon as they arrive
    • If you select I will convert, you will be notified when your funds have arrived in our account. You can then log in, check the exchange rate at that time and convert if desired.
  5. Click on Continue.

The second step is to nominate your beneficiaries i.e. where the converted funds are being deposited. If you selected to send the converted funds to more than one account, there will be space to enter the details of multiple accounts. If you are only sending the converted funds to one account you will simply need to select the account from the drop down list below To Account and enter a Reference. The Reference is optional and will appear on the beneficiaries account statement. If you are transferring to an account for the first time, select + Add New Account + from the drop down list and you will be taken to a form which allows you to enter new account details. Click here for details about how to do this.

If you are sending the funds to two accounts you will need to:

  1. Select the currency you wish to specify the amount in.
  2. Enter the amount that you wish to deposit into each account.
  3. Add an optional Reference for each.

If you select the currency you are converting your funds into then the system will only allow you to specify an exact amount for one of the accounts. This is because we do not know what rate you will receive and therefore the exact amount of converted funds. The system will allow you to specify the exact amount for one account and then simply add Remaining funds as the other amount.

If you are sending the funds to three or more accounts then you will need to:

  1. Enter the amount that you wish to deposit into each account.
  2. Add an optional Reference for each.

Once you have completed this step click Save to finalize the Tranzfer. The final page will display details of your Tranzfer and may be printed for your reference.
